Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to amend our appointments system. Anyone who wishes to see a doctor will be booked on a telephone triage slot – this means the doctor will telephone you and, if needed, will arrange a face-to-face appointment with you. Please note that our reception team cannot book you to see a doctor directly.
Should you require any other appointments (such as blood tests and nurse reviews) then please speak to our reception team who will be able to guide you based on the latest guidance we receive from Public Health England.
We have launched a new online service called eConsult that will make things even easier. Once you fill the online questionnaire in for the doctor, it will be reviewed and the doctor will contact you.
